Returned items will only be exchanged for a replacement or credit note. Credit notes can be used at any Wrekin Reviive store but at present cannot be used for online transactions.
If an item is not fit for purpose or has been damaged in delivery, a full refund will be given including delivery charges incurred. Please note we are not obliged to refund items that do not fit once you get them home.
Electrical items come with a four-month warranty. If faulty, they can be exchanged for a replacement or a full refund can be given.
Online sales - in accordance with distance selling regulations, a full refund can be given within 14 days when an item has been bought online or over the phone.
Storage fees - due to limited warehouse space there is a storage fee of £1 per item per day for items that are not collected within 7 days of the point of sale. This fee will begin on the 8th day of storage.
